This PRIVACY POLICY applies to Laconic Charts custom visuals (Laconic Card – Free, Laconic Card PRO) for Power BI (“VISUALS”), produced by Dotelus AB and QiFi AB (“DEVELOPER”).

DEVELOPER  is commited to protecting Your privacy and the privacy of Your data.

1. NO DATA IS TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE OF THE SERVICE.

VISUALS do not transfer any data outside of MS Power BI service, nor is the data shared with any other parties. VISUALS fully comply with the security recommendations for the certified Microsoft Power BI custom visuals, as follows, VISUALS do not access any external services or resources, including but not limited to, no HTTP/S or WebSocket requests go out of Power BI to any services.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

VISUALS do not collect any personal information, do not process it and do not store it. VISUALS also do not collect, process or store and any other information that can identify you when you use them.

3. PROCESSING OF DATA

VISUALS provided by DEVELOPER read and process data that is provided to them by Microsoft Power BI service via the standard Custom Visuals Application Programming Interface (CV API) to transform it into a visual representation. The process of transformation is executed in the memory of Your device. VISUALS are not storing, sending and/or reusing your Data for any other purpose than rendering the visualizations in your Microsoft Power BI instance.

4. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

DEVELOPER may update this privacy policy to comply with the changes in security guidelines for certified Power BI custom visuals provided by Microsoft or to reflect other technology upgrades or changes.
